Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zap4Us platform, the CLIENT agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If the CLIENT does not agree with any provision contained herein, access to the platform must be immediately discontinued.

Zap4Us is a Software as a Service (SaaS) communication platform developed to enable companies to manage customer communication workflows through official integrations with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Platform Access and Usage

2.1 Authorized Access

The CLIENT may access the platform exclusively through credentials created under its own account environment. Access rights may be distributed internally to employees, agents, or authorized representatives according to internal company administration rules.

2.2 Credential Confidentiality

The CLIENT is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, authentication tokens, and any credentials used to access the platform. Zap4Us shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from negligence in credential management.

2.3 Account Responsibility

All actions performed within the CLIENT environment, including actions performed by employees or third parties granted access by the CLIENT, shall be considered the sole responsibility of the account owner.

3. Meta Platform Integration

3.1 WhatsApp Business API Authorization

Zap4Us integrates directly with Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Cloud API infrastructure. Platform access to WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) only occurs after explicit authorization granted by the CLIENT through Meta’s OAuth authorization mechanisms.

3.2 API Permissions Usage

Zap4Us uses Meta platform permissions including but not limited to:

• whatsapp_business_messaging
• whatsapp_business_management
• public_profile

These permissions are exclusively used for legitimate business communication operations, account management, message processing, webhook subscription management, and approved template synchronization.

4. Customer Communication Services

The platform allows the CLIENT to manage communication channels with its own customers through WhatsApp Business accounts owned or explicitly authorized by the CLIENT.

Supported platform operations include:

• Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
• Managing customer service tickets
• Conversation queue distribution
• Campaign scheduling and dispatch
• Media upload and retrieval
• Approved template message management
• Webhook processing and delivery tracking

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

The CLIENT agrees not to use the platform for activities that violate Meta Platform Policies, WhatsApp Business Platform Terms, or applicable law.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized bulk messaging or spam distribution
• Fraudulent or deceptive communication practices
• Circumvention of Meta platform limitations
• Use of unauthorized WhatsApp phone numbers
• Distribution of prohibited content

6. Data Protection and Compliance

Zap4Us processes business communication data in accordance with Brazilian LGPD regulations, internal security procedures, and Meta Platform Terms.

All customer environments operate using logical tenant isolation architecture, ensuring complete segregation of customer data between independent organizations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zap4Us shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by failures, restrictions, suspensions, policy enforcement actions, or operational limitations imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp Business Platform infrastructure.
